You have enough time.

This past month has taught me a lot of lessons. Here are a handful of them, with some words of inspiration mixed in :)
balance all the activity, flow of life and time!
Every single day of life is so fruitful and full of excitement! There are so may incredible things happening and opportunities to plug into, so how do you manage it all?
Whenever you get to the point where you want to insatiably do more, be better and grow, grow, grow, just take a simply pause. Slow down and relax to the speed of the moment that you're in. Release that tension and pressure that you put on yourself and start to see how special you already are.
The key to navigating all that we have the incredible fortune of being a part of (school, work, play, friendship, events, passion project...) is prioritization. Deep down you know what really matters and what is truly important, so bring that to the surface and shape your day around it.
To sustain a productive life, you need to take breaks and get outside. Simply put, you can't do it all in one day, so give it a rest. Sleep is your best friend, so make sure to spend tons of time with it :)
Stop using the excuse that you do not have enough time to accomplish something, or get it done. You can do it all, if you take life one day at a time!
Every day we have the opportunity to reach our full potential of body, mind and spirit by achieving balance.
It's almost as if my mind re-sets every so often and has the potential to reach a new potential of productive creativity. By having a wide variety of activities that you engage in on a daily basis, you expand your range of motion and are able to go deeper into whatever it is that you are doing and focusing on :) Allow yourself to follow your heart and what you need to do/be in order to succeed to stay "on top" of your life.
Let yourself feel gratified if you're not always doing and in go mode as well. This is equally as important.
Take your time to share your story and let yourself be heard in all capacities! Be a storyteller and give as much as you receive. BE a powerful creator by accepting your present moment and aligning with your highest creative potential. All is well and everything hap
